For instore orders, your delivery will be scheduled at the time of purchase. On the date of your delivery, you will also be notified when your order is out for delivery.

For online orders, once your order is placed, our associates will locate your item(s) in our inventory and prepare them for delivery. A EZbuy Appliances representative will call to schedule delivery. You will also be notified when your order is out for delivery.

A $70 delivery fee will be charged when you place the order. And the drop off is limited to the first floor. Extra charge will be applied for going upstairs.

Our delivery area only cover the cities of Jacksonville, north part of Saint Augustine, and Saint Johns Florida at present.

We will charge the installation fee and haul away fee if you need this kind of services.

SELF-PICKUP: For customers who pick up the appliances byself, please arrange your own help to load the appliances. Our store employees cannot assist with the loading due to safety concerns.

THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY: EZbuy Appliances is not responsible for third-party delivery and business between customers, and will not compensate for damages or losses during the delivery.
