Warranty & Return

 

We accept returns for major appliances within 48 hours of delivery. The appliances must be inspected for defects in-store before purchase or upon delivery.

LIMITED WARRANTY: For the appliances warranty not covered by the manufacturers, we provide ONE YEAR WARRANTY by our store.  If the customers need extend the time of the warranty, we can help provide a third party warranty, customer can register the warranty information on the third party’s website, the customer/buyer should bear the premium of the third party.

 

Warranty Exception: Rust, Abuse, Infestation, Consumer Replaceable Item, Physical Damage,  Cosmetic Damage, Commercial Use, Maintenance, Pre-Existing Conditions, Installation Fault, Failure to Comply with Manufactures Recommended Maintenance or Installation Requirements.

 

No warranty:  Water filters, cosmetic parts, such as but not limited to, glass cooktops, glass, trim,

knobs,  panels,  racks,  tanks,  tubs,  baskets,  structural parts,  doors, door liners,  insulation,  shelves, hard- ware, hoses,  ice trays, water lines, inlets, recalled units/parts,etc.

 

Any work performed on this appliances  by the customer or another company will void all warranties.  Any appliances that are Not transported upright during pickup will be void of warranty.

 

Others: Problems by customer's reasons such as: Size not fit, incorrect installation, power or water problems,  blocked ventilation pipes, instructions for use, etc. On-site service fees, pick up and delivery Fees are  required. Check your merchandise for, and inform us of, damage at the time of pick up or delivery.  Scratch & dent items do not apply for reconsideration of exchange or return for  exterir damages,  defects or un-cleanliness, as these are not justifiable based on our rates/deals.
